Tenancy Agreement

Urban Estates prepares and arranges for the Tenancy Agreement to be signed for our rental listings. All tenancy agreement must be in writing and signed by both interested parties. Every variation of a tenancy agreement, and every renewal of a tenancy agreement, shall be in writing and signed by both interested parties. There is no tenancy confirmation verbally.

Rental Property Advertising

Due to the nature of the rental market, some listings may no longer be available or information on current listings may have changed by the time you receive the information. Urban Estates is only publishes listings that it believes to be vacant or available to rent at the time they are published but circumstances may have changed in the time between the submission of the information to the time of the information distribution.
